Bob has assisted numerous contractors, subcontractors, and project owners in either preparing or evaluating claims arising from a broad range of new construction and renovation/retrofit projects, including: correctional facilities, courthouses, hospitals, schools, sewage treatment plants, underground services, subway stations, highways and bridges. He also played a major role in evaluating and quantifying contractor claims on the $4.6 billion Airport Development Project at Toronto Pearson International Airport and assisted in resolving construction disputes arising from this complex, fast track undertaking.
Prior to joining Revay, Bob was responsible for Civil, Architectural and Structural design for heavy industrial projects.
Bob serves on the Professional Development Committee for the Construction Institute. He was a Director and Chairman of the Education Committee for the Toronto Construction Association. He is also a frequent seminar speaker on the subjects of construction contracting strategies, claims, and dispute resolution approaches.
