James is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Engineering Technologist with over 20 years experience in Project and Construction Management.

 As a Senior Claims Analyst, James has been responsible for preparing and defending numerous complex construction claims as well as providing expert testimony before arbitration panels.

 As a Project Management Specialist, James has developed an expert knowledge of relevant tools used in Document Control, Planning and Scheduling, and claim avoidance for Owners and Contractors.

 Prior to joining Revay in 2002, James had 13 years experience and held various positions such as Manager of Project Controls, Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Contracts Administrator. These experiences were in the areas of Waste Water Treatment, Health Care, Pulp & Paper, Energy and Power, Public Transit Programs as well as Government & Public reconstruction of mixed use buildings.

 James is frequently invited to lecture, write articles, and provide hands-on training for Owners and Contractors.
