Peace Tower Restoration Project
Thomas Fuller Construction Co., (1958) Limited obtained a contract from Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) to renovate and restore the Centre Block of the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa.
PWGSC had included extensive scheduling requirements in the tender documents for these projects. Special provisions had to be included for restrictions due to public activities on Parliament Hill as well as respecting certain heritage sensitivity and operational requirements of the House of Commons and related areas.
For this $12,000,000 project, Thomas Fuller Construction Co., (1958) Limited hired us to provide the following:
- Development of a work breakdown structure for project activities;
- Preparation of a detailed project schedule including a network diagram;
- Updating the schedule on a monthly basis indicating the effect of change notices.
