Alain Delisle is a fully bilingual professional engineer with 25 years of diverse experience in the engineering, construction and process industries. He holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management, is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Throughout his career, Alain has worked with major firms in the energy and industrial sectors, where he has led teams to overcome significant engineering and construction challenges. Over the years, he has been involved in a variety of power infrastructure projects through engineering leadership, project management and business development roles. He has provided technical and project leadership for multibillion-dollar integrated projects with varying contracting strategies and commercial models. He has also supported the development of complex commercial and technical proposals and has extensive experience with commercial and contracts management.

Alain has experience in various projects including major transmission lines, industrial processing plants, carbon capture developments, water treatment facilities, refineries, cogeneration plants and infrastructure developments. He has been involved in large and complex claims management and dispute resolution processes, where he has testified as a witness in arbitration.

As a Senior Consultant for Revay, Alain has authored and led the development of expert reports on claims disputes, performed schedule, productivity and cost analysis, supported clients during project execution, provided consult opinions for owners, contractors and litigators, and trained clients on claims avoidance best practices.
