
Mark Krahn
Senior Consultant Ph.D., PMP
Dr. Mark Krahn leads the project risk management consulting practice at Revay. Over the past fourteen years, Mark has consulted on a variety of industrial and commercial projects in North and South America and Africa. The projects range in size from $20 million to $25 billion, in sectors including oil and gas, oil sands, LNG, precious metals, mining, airport development, pipelines, gas processing facilities, cogeneration, hydro power and commercial construction.
Mark has also been active in training through the University of Calgary, Mount Royal University and corporate training; teaching general project management and Project Management Professional (PMP) preparation courses. He spent six years on the board of directors for the PMI Consulting Community of Practice and was a member of the development team for the 4th edition of PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
In addition to being the author of numerous publications, Mark has contributed to books on project management, and he regularly lectures on topics related to his areas of expertise.
