Ryan Verwey is a professional engineer with 10 years of diverse experience in the commercial and civil construction sectors. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Throughout his career, Ryan has worked in both field and project management roles on major construction projects throughout Canada, including healthcare, sports facilities, public transit, aviation and civil infrastructure projects. Ryan’s experience spans varying project delivery and commercial models, including Public-Private Partnerships (P3 – DBFM and P3B – DBF), Design-Build, Construction Management and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). Ryan has experience in all stages of the project lifecycle, from the development of complex commercial and technical proposals, through to design development and construction execution.
Since joining Revay, Ryan has been involved in the preparation and evaluation of claims and expert reports in the field of construction. His main tasks include the detailed analysis of schedules and delays, productivity and change analyses, and quantum evaluation. Ryan has advanced capabilities in both Primavera P6 and MS Project, developed through numerous years of project schedule creation and management.
