While completing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (civil infrastructures profile) at Concordia University, where she graduated in 2021, Sara Henni also undertook law studies at Laval University with the goal of obtaining a certificate scheduled for the fall of 2021. She previously obtained a college diploma in civil engineering technology from Dawson College. She is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a Candidate to the Engineering Profession. She speaks and writes fluently in French and English.

During the final year of her bachelor’s degree, Sara led a pan-Canadian team of students and recent graduates that developed an action plan for diversity and inclusion in the construction sector and to fill the anticipated labour shortage.

Sara had previously completed a certificate in Asian languages and cultures at UQAM, specializing in China. She then obtained a certificate of intensive studies in Mandarin at the Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU).

During part of her college and university studies, Sara was able to develop and use her engineering skills as a technical aide, then as a technical assistant in municipal engineering for the Town of Mount Royal municipality.

Since joining the Revay team in 2021 as an associate consultant, Sara takes part in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports. Her main tasks include the forensic analysis of schedules and delays, productivity and change analyses, as well as quantum evaluation.
