André Morin graduated from the École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1988 and started his career as a structural design engineer in a consulting engineering firm. In 1990 he took a position as a project manager at Propriétés Trizec Limitée where he was responsible for managing multiple important projects in the city centre for the maintenance of the properties in the Montreal portfolio. In 1995 he joined Aéroports de Montreal (ADM) as a project manager. Five years later, he was appointed Director – Project Management, and finally Senior Director – Construction Projects and Organizational Transformation.
An accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience, André is recognized for leading high-performance project management teams. He was responsible for managing all activities, from design to commissioning, including administrating experts’ mandates as well as contractor and supplier contracts. André carried out over 1,750 projects in a complex 24/7 operational environment, with a budget of close to $2 billion invested in infrastructures of the commercial and institutional sectors as well as in that of the civil engineering and roadwork sectors. Over the course of his career, André analyzed and participated in the resolution of numerous claims prepared by both general and trade contractors.
André Morin joined the Revay and Associates Limited team in the Montreal office in 2015.
He is also involved and engaged in teaching at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), and as a speaker in order to share his experience.
