David Hunter has many decades of construction and design experience working for contractors, owners, consulting engineers and government agencies. During his career David has worked on a number of diverse projects including dams, hydro-electric and diesel power stations, industrial plants, municipal water works and commercial buildings. David’s construction experience has included working as a project manager, estimator, project engineer, superintendent and as a senior executive in corporate planning. His background also includes experience in managing and administering international projects that involved the preparation of engineering studies, risk analysis and the development of procurement procedures and controls.
David has been a senior consultant with Revay and Associates since 1992, during which time he has been involved in the preparation and analysis of various claims on projects including heavy civil, mechanical and electrical work. He has also had experience in the development, procurement, management and auditing of projects directly financed and through public/private partnerships.
