Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Concordia University in 2007. He is a member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, and is fluent in both English and French.
Eric specializes in the preparation and defense of construction claims for both owners and contractors. He has prepared expert reports for mediations, Dispute Review Boards, arbitration panels and courts and has provided expert testimony in mediations and before Dispute Review Boards.
His areas of expertise include productivity analysis, delay analyses, and damage quantification. Eric has worked on a wide variety of projects including power plants, hospitals, tunnel constructions, port facilities, airport terminals and other institutional buildings in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.
In addition, Eric has gained significant experience in all aspects of wind energy projects, including the fine-tuning of contractual documents, contract administration, schedule review and claim avoidance.
Eric has also given several lectures on dispute resolution at Concordia University.
