Susan Klucinskas is a graduate of Building Engineering from Concordia University. She has over 25 years of experience in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims, scheduling and delay analysis, productivity analysis, budgeting, cost control and document control, on behalf of owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and their legal counsel.
Ms. Klucinskas recently completed a mandate acting as a contract administrator on a $4.1 billion greenfield mining project in Saskatchewan. Previously, she has been involved in a wide variety of projects, including commercial and institutional buildings, power generation and transmission facilities, paper mills, water treatment facilities, mines, bridges, tunnels and railways, located in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. She has also served as a contract administrator for a multi-million dollar railway electrification project in the US Northeast (Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts) and as the claims manager for a multi-million dollar sewage treatment plant project in eastern Canada.
Ms. Klucinskas has also acted as a Project Neutral to resolve outstanding project issues and has rendered expert testimony with respect to delay, productivity and quantification of damages before a Dispute Resolution Board in the United States, and in arbitration both in Canada and the United States. Additionally, she is a frequent lecturer on dispute resolution at Concordia University and through the AACEI – Montreal Section.
