Tahmina Hussainyar joined the Revay team in 2019 as a consultant after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in project management at Polytechnique Montréal. In order to perfect her knowledge in the legal field, Tahmina decided to diversify her skills by undertaking a part-time Certificate in Law at the Université de Montréal, with the goal of completing her law degree. Tahmina is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a candidate to the engineering profession (CEP). She is fluent in both French and English.
Tahmina is involved in the preparation and evaluation of claims and expert reports in the construction industry. Her main tasks include forensic analyses of schedules and delays, productivity analyses and the quantification of damages.
Prior to beginning her career at Revay, Tahmina gained experience in the transportation field in a junior sustainable mobility professional position with a major Quebec consulting firm. This position allowed her to develop her skills in project coordination and travel simulation using specialized transportation software.
During her engineering studies, driven by her passion for engineering, Tahmina won the Cécobois Challenge, an inter-university competition involving the conception of a wood structure with an innovative and optimized design.
