Prior to joining Revay, Wail worked as an Adjunct Lecturer and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Waterloo, where he taught construction management and advanced project management to undergraduate and graduate students. His dedication and highly praised teaching skills resulted in two nominations for the Exceptional Teaching Award.
Wail’s research background includes more than seven years of developing innovative strategies in the construction and infrastructure management field. He has authored several publications on advanced project management concepts. He earned a second place award in the AECOM-CSCE Sustainable Asset Management Student Competition for a collaborative report on managing Alberta’s road networks.
Since joining Revay, Wail has assisted both owners and contractors in managing a variety of complex infrastructure projects. His work experience includes project controls, development and review of CPM schedules using MS Project and Primavera P6 software, linear scheduling using Tilos Software, risk analysis, forensic schedule analysis, claim analysis, and delivery of training workshops.
