Administrative Assistant – Temporary Part-time – 3 months
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Revay’s Vancouver Branch is seeking a Temporary Part-time Administrative Assistant for 3 months which may be extended on a month to month basis. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide office support to the Branch Manager and other Consultants.
Clerical duties include answering phones, maintaining files and supplies within the office, sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients. Administrative assistants may also help consultants with documentation. Aside from storing, organizing, and managing files, assistants may need to type, edit, and bind documents. Administrative assistants may need to dictate or record minutes of meetings. Other duties involve maintaining and updating accounting spreadsheets, ordering/purchasing office supplies, creating waybills to the courier on a monthly basis and/or delivering documentation to clients. Payroll duties will include entering weekly timesheets, month end expenses and invoices.
- High school diploma;
- Advanced degree in office administration is an asset;
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Schedule: 2 days a week, additional days may be required. Flexible schedule is preferred. Duration may be extended beyond 3 months.
Compensation: Will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
