On April 30, 2018, Bob Keen will retire, after 22 years of service at Revay and Associates Limited. We would like to thank Bob for his dedication and hard work throughout those years. He was equally proficient at preparing claims and providing project management services. One of his many achievements was the major role he played in evaluating, quantifying and resolving contractor claims on the $4.6 billion Airport Development Project at Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Bob was a frequent seminar speaker and was instrumental in developing various Canadian Construction Association (CCA) accredited courses provided by Revay and Associates. Bob’s Revay Report titled “The Pitfalls of Incomplete Contract Documents”, published in March 2010, is still one of our most downloaded issues.
In retirement, Bob will be downsizing his construction mandates; completing many projects around the house. Bob also intends to spend more time with his five grandchildren, who range in age from six to fourteen.
Bob’s sound advice and ability to multi-task will be sorely missed. We wish him the best of luck in all of his future endeavors!
