Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at Concordia University in 2007. He is a member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and is fluent in both English and French.
Eric specializes in the preparation and defense of construction claims for both owners and contractors. He has prepared expert reports for mediations, dispute review boards, arbitration panels and courts.
Eric has been recognized as an expert witness in the areas of delay and productivity analysis as well as that of the quantification of damages and has provided expert testimony in mediations, arbitrations and before dispute review boards.
Eric has worked on a wide variety of projects including power plants, hospitals, tunnel constructions, port facilities, airport terminals and other institutional buildings in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.
In addition, Eric has gained significant experience in all aspects of wind energy projects, including the fine-tuning of contractual documents, contract administration, schedule review and claim avoidance.
Eric is regularly invited as a guest speaker and to provide training in the areas of dispute resolution and claims avoidance.
