Graeme Green completed a civil engineering degree at the University of Westminster (UK) and is registered as a professional engineer with both Engineers and Geoscientists BC (P.Eng.) and the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK (MICE). He holds an MBA from the University of Bradford and is a member of the UK’s Chartered Management Institute (MCMI).
As Revay’s Director, Pacific Region, Graeme is responsible for running the Vancouver office, business development and for his own portfolio of dispute resolution mandates.
He has 33 years of experience in the construction industry. This includes being a Vice President and Project Director at leading Canadian consulting firms and the Business and/or Project Design Manager for design-build/P3 developers in the UK. He understands the drivers and business perspectives of all parties to a contract, having worked across all sectors of the construction industry including commercial and residential buildings, government buildings, hospitals, roads, long-span bridges, transit, wastewater treatment works and power facilities.
Graeme’s particular areas of expertise include claims/dispute resolution, procurement, commercial contract review and project recovery. He has acted as an Independent Certifier and has extensive experience on large (>$1 billion) design-build and P3 projects.
