Philippe Toren joined Revay as a consultant in 2014 after graduating in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University. To refine and broaden his skills, he pursued his studies at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, where he completed an Advanced Management Program in 2015 and a Master of Business Administration in 2019. Philippe is a member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and of the Board of Directors of the AACEI – Montreal Section. He is fluent in both English and French.

Since joining Revay, Philippe gained extensive experience in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims on a wide variety of projects. He has also developed the skills required to perform detailed forensic schedule analyses, productivity analyses and quantum analyses. These skills have served in the preparation of expert reports prepared for negotiation, arbitration, and court. Philippe also assists both owners and contractors with contract administration tasks such as the evaluation of changes, the preparation of requests for proposals, the evaluation of proposals, the monitoring of progress and schedules, as well as the drafting of project correspondence.

Over the past 10 years, Philippe has worked on projects related to mining facilities, power generation and industrial facilities, waterway and roadway infrastructures, cultural facilities, wind farms, water filtration plants, educational facilities and hospitals. Working on such a wide variety of projects has allowed Philippe to expand his technical knowledge base and quickly adapt to varying project requirements.
