Robert Garven joined Revay in 2012 after receiving his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McGill University. In 2020, he received his Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, graduating on the Dean’s List with the title of Bregman Scholar.
Robert specializes in the preparation and defense of construction claims for both owners and contractors. He has prepared expert reports for mediations and arbitrations and has also taken part in mediations and settlement negotiations.
His areas of expertise include delay analyses, productivity analysis, and damage quantification. Robert has also worked extensively in reviewing, preparing, and negotiating change orders for contractors and owners.
Since joining Revay, Robert has taken part in a variety of large-scale infrastructure projects, power plants, mining facilities and transmission line projects, working across Canada and internationally.
