Robert Low joined the Revay team in 2020 as a Senior Consultant. He has been involved in the heavy civil, infrastructure, and transportation construction industries for 28 years, most notably in senior management roles with prominent general contractors in the Greater Toronto Area.

He is a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in providing the overall leadership and direction for the commercial management, operations and administration of complex civil infrastructure and major capital construction projects. He has led numerous projects and teams in a variety of disciplines and project delivery models within the municipal, regional, provincial, federal, ICI and private sectors.

Robert’s diverse project portfolio includes construction and rehabilitation of roads, highways, bridges, deep foundations, railway, water distribution and treatment facilities, sewers, utilities, natural gas, energy, and marine work. He has gained extensive experience in the areas of field operations, project management, strategic planning, budget preparation, financial reporting, cost analysis, estimating, scheduling, procurement, project controls, risk management and construction claims.
