Shawn Mimnaugh joined Revay in 2017. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Engineering and Management from McGill University in 2013. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and is fluent in both English and French.
Shawn has taken part in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports. His main tasks include schedule and delay analyses, productivity analyses, as well as change orders and the quantification of damages. He has been involved in a variety of civil engineering projects including a viaduct and cable stayed bridge for a commuter rail line, the construction of the third set of locks of the Panama canal, HVDC power converter stations, an education facility, a convention center, the main access road to a remote hydroelectric dam, and a power transmission line.
Prior to working for Revay, Shawn acquired valuable experience through an industrial property management role with Domlex Inc., which involved managing employees and developing operational strategies through a major renovation project.
