Shelvin Naidu is an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) with design and construction experience primarily in energy sector projects. Shelvin holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary and is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). In 2021, Shelvin received a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation, through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Prior to working for Revay, Shelvin acquired valuable experience in construction management and project management roles. He has experience in all stages of the project lifecycle, from the bid stage, through to the project design, procurement, and construction phases. In addition, Shelvin has been involved in estimating, scheduling, field coordination, project controls, quality assurance, and risk management.

At Revay, Shelvin is involved in the preparation and evaluation of claims and expert reports. His main tasks include document review, the development of statements of fact, forensic analysis of schedules and delays, productivity and change order analyses, and quantum evaluation.
