Timothy Rossy is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in both Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador and a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) with over ten years of experience in major construction project delivery and execution. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Engineering and Management at McGill University in 2008 and he obtained the PMP Certification from the PMI Institute in 2017. He is fluent in both English and French.
Timothy has worked directly with client and contractor teams to manage and deliver all technical and commercial aspects of complex multi-disciplinary projects based in several geographic locations which involved sensitive commercial and construction time-related claims. He has also conducted quality functions, audits, stability analyses of concrete structures, preliminary design, drawings production, estimation, planning as well as project proposals.
Prior to joining Revay, Timothy was working in the energy sector to deliver the main civil works for a major hydroelectric facility in Labrador and he was responsible for leading the civil, electrical, and mechanical interface management of the project.
