Reza Azimi has more than 20 years of project experience, mainly in the industrial, commercial, and civil sectors. Reza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, as well as a Master of Science and a Ph.D. both in Construction Engineering and Management. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).

Throughout his career, Reza has worked on projects across Canada and internationally, where he contributed as a project manager, project engineer, project controls specialist, and planner/scheduler. Reza’s experience spans varying project delivery and commercial models, and all stages of the project lifecycle.
Reza has published papers that focus on the enhancement of project monitoring and controls in American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) journals such as the Journal of Architectural Engineering and the Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering. He has presented his research at numerous conferences in Canada and abroad and has garnered recognition for his work through multiple awards.

At Revay, Reza is involved in the preparation and evaluation of claims and expert reports in the field of construction. His primary responsibilities include the analysis of schedules and delays, productivity and change analyses, and quantum evaluation. Reza has advanced capabilities in the management of large datasets, and with numerous software programs such as Primavera, TILOS, and Power BI.
