Sepehr Shadkhast is an associate consultant at Revay’s Montreal office. He completed a Master of Engineering in construction engineering and management at Concordia University in 2023. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology in 2020.

During his graduate studies, Sepehr was a member of several associations at Concordia University. He was involved in a variety of projects such as the development of active music therapy using AI, and he was also on the emergency response team of Concordia. Since his graduation in 2023, he has been an active alumnus, most recently having been part of a discussion panel on advising international students on starting their career after graduation.

Prior to starting at Revay, Sepehr gained valuable experience in the design of roads and bridges through an internship that focused on the development of horizontal construction as well as project management.

Since joining Revay, Sepehr has been involved in the preparation and evaluation of claims and expert reports in the field of construction. His main tasks include the detailed analysis of schedules and delays, productivity and change analyses, and quantum evaluation.
