Zey Emir was named President of Revay in 2013. She is a professional engineer with over thirty years of experience in project management and consulting to the construction industry, primarily with respect to dispute resolution.

Zey specializes in the preparation of claims and expert reports for both contractors and owners. Her areas of expertise include quantification of damages, loss of productivity calculations as well as complex delay analyses. She has prepared, analyzed and negotiated the resolution of countless construction claims.

She has been recognized as an expert witness in court and by arbitration panels in the areas of delay and productivity analysis, as well as that of the quantification of damages. Her diverse project experience includes work on bridges, power plants, pipelines, tunnels and special purpose facilities in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. Some of Zey’s high-profile projects include the construction of the Confederation Bridge, mines, an offshore oil drilling platform, an Olympic sports facility, cavern excavation under the Grand Central Station, as well as commercial and institutional buildings including hospitals and airports.

Zey has developed and presented training programs for a wide range of industry professionals and she is regularly invited to present papers at conventions and seminars. Zey is an active member of several construction associations, most notably the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), where she was appointed chair for 2018.
