ASHRAE Montreal Chapter – Upcoming Dinner-Conference

The Montreal Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) is organizing a dinner-conference that will take place on October 18, 2021 at the Saint James’s Club of Montreal. The first of two presentations will be given by Eric Davies, Director – Eastern Canada, and will focus on dispute resolution in construction projects. The presentation will address a variety of topics related to claims management in the context of construction projects, including the main causes of claims in the industry, the importance of adequate document management, the notion of damage quantification, as well as the preparation of the administrative claims or counter-claims documents.
